Training
Tri Series Training begins June 14th!
This 11-week training program prepare women for Sprint & Olympic distance events - such as the Rogue Womens Tri, Sweet & Twisted Tri or Austin Tri.
Training programs consists of 3 coached workouts weekly & 2 brick workouts per month.
Core strengthening & CrossFit classes are also available.
